Our program

The time of long-term, stable electricity in a central grid system lies behind us.

The US Department of Energy shows the US national average commercial cost per kwh in comparison to the price of coal. Many factors are driving the price of electricity ever upward.

Our energy sufficiency program seeks to insulate your business from price increases. We offer long term Power Purchasing Agreements that create price stability.

We do this by constructing generation capability specifically designed for your business: its location, configuration, efficiency, and anticipated future demand.

All you have to do is pay a small fee for our ENACT process, and contract with us for the power. At the end of the analysis you will understand how, what, how much energy we will be able to provide you. The investment will also include necessary efficiency improvements that improve power utilization factors. In many cases, your energy costs per kilowatt-hour will be immediately lower than what you pay today.

Under the right conditions, you pay nothing else.
No investment, just pay your bill as you have in the past.
You save money. We take care of the rest.


How it works...

In order to qualify for this investment, you should use more than 300 MWh per month, or 3.6 Gwh per year. If this applies, and you have operations in a deregulated energy market with appropriate conditions, the chances are that we can reduce your monthly bill.


Analyze

Our first step will be to determine the energy source available at your location(s).

Our analysts will visit your facility, determine the viable production capabilities for wind, solar, geothermal, and base power systems. We call this our ENACT process:
  • We will interview your employees and study the electrical and thermal energy needs of your facility.
  • We will measure the energy assets and describe a reliable system of energy production.
  • We will itemize a complete catalog of financial and tax credits available to underwrite your onsite energy system.
  • We will select the best available energy production technologies that will meet your needs.
  • Finally, we will provide and present to you our investment plan, where we describe the financial and legal framework of a power purchasing agreement.

Implement

Upon agreement, we then purchase the equipment, install, and configure it. Installation may be on company premises, land, facades, or other surfaces. Installation maybe be immediately at the point of use, or nearby. We negotiate an interconnection agreement with the local utility company, as required.

Want zero carbon emissions?
No problem, your energy will be generated exclusively from renewable fuels or resources.

Want maximum flexibility?
The facility may use some diesel or natural gas.

Maintain

Nadan Energy will operate the energy system around the clock, 365 days a year. Our PPA agreement contains uptime performance parameters that inure you from risk or lost power. Nadan Energy inspects and maintains the system for the life of the agreement at no further cost to you.
