Michael C Overturf
Chief Executive Officer
Michael is the principal founder and developer of Nadan’s value proposition. He has a 28 year career spanning Digital Technology, Manufacturing, Logistings, Management Consulting, and Mergers and Acquisitions. Most recently Mike was the Vice President, Strategic Development of Group 1 Software which was acquired by Pitney Bowes in 2004. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Virginia Arbor, a furniture company with operations in Massachusetts, China, and Mexico. Mike spent 15 years advising companies in a wide variety of industries on productivity issues involving labor, material, energy, and capital management. He designed and constructed manufacturing facilities for discrete components production such as graphite-based silicon furnaces, consumer products, and metal industrial products. As a Director of Operations for Alexander Proudfoot he engaged in value engineering and productivity improvement work for nearly 100 companies in Europe, US, and Southeast Asia. Mike served as Vice President of Marketing for a number of technology firms between 1984 and 1991, developing and selling innovations such as real-time multimedia display and storage systems, circuit design, electronic warfare simulation, and multi-processor operating systems. He is fluent in German and French, and is learning Spanish. |
Andy Naden
Chief Operating Officer
Andy Naden is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Nadan Energy LLC. For the past 20 years, Andy has been a Senior Executive and General Manager of public & private companies engaged in Advanced Technology, Architecture & Construction, Media & Entertainment and Commercial Real Estate Development. Andy is responsible for the daily operations and strategic planning of Nadan Energy. His supervisory duties include sales force management, marketing campaigns, product development, financial admin & contract negotiation, investor relations and personnel. Prior to joining Nadan Energy, Andy served as Executive Vice President of Group One Software, the enterprise software division of Pitney Bowes. Andy was responsible for Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, Professional Services & Operations. His sales and executive team increased annual revenue from $60 to $200 million and directed expansion from 400 to 700 associates. Andy negotiated the acquisition of Centrus & Sagent Technologies. Common stock value rose from $54 to $350 million market capitalization before PB acquisition. Andy earned his Bachelor's Degree in International Studies from Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA, and attended Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Bologna, Italy. He earned his Juris Doctor's Degree from the University of Baltimore Law School. Andy has traveled extensively on business and for pleasure, and is fluent in both French and Italian. |
John Schwingle
Director of Sales
John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table spanning over a decade in direct sales management and channel solutions. John started his career in Product Marketing, spending 2 years managing the logistical and marketing efforts for a large Consumer Packaged Goods company. Prior to that, John spent 5 years building and managing for the Global Alliance and Inside Sales practices at James Martin + company (later rebranded as Headstrong) a $180m global consulting provider. He was able to help define the partner value propositions and create a new sales channel, managing off-shore resources and a leveraged cost model. During his tenure, Headstrong delivered the first off-shore Siebel Systems implementation in mainland China and grew the partnership channel to include the largest technology companies in the world. Most recently, John had responsibility for cross vertical channel growth at Pitney Bowes Business Insight, where he focused his energies on building system integration and software alliances in Financial Services, Utilities and Public Sector. During his five years at PBBI, John developed several significant technology alliances and new joint solutions that grew to become predictable revenue sources and trusted and loyal partners for the software division of Pitney Bowes. |
